    SKI FIELD TRANSPORT NOTES (Winter – Queenstown)

    Daily Client Pick up Times to be ratified for each private group

  • Client Passenger Skiing Days plans Do sometimes change with groups skiing, Some get cold, some passengers want to finish early, weather changes and or fields are closed or limited opening due high wind conditions
  • Days planned on mountain can and DO reduce, or a group my decide to take a rest day, or stay off mountain. This is fine, as long as we know the night before! We have other bookings we can secure, and need a lead in time. – Please let us know before 6pm the night before, or we reserve the right to charge 50% of a pre booked slot (Weather closure or cancellation not included)
  • We generally offer ONE Pick up – UP to Ski Field, and ONE Pick up Back Down Ski field each day (remembering we also have other groups and bookings we must meet and service)
  • Some groups like to depart the mountain earlier in a day like 3pm ish, and others like to depart 4.30pm at end of day (everyone is different)
  • Road is sometimes slow, and or delayed due accidents, and or ICE, and Snow Chains needing fitted
  • Each group must remain a little flexible due delays out of our control
  • Additional transport into restaurants, Queenstown locations or venues as required can be catered to, but not always as we are heavily pre-booked over the winter months, it is always a good idea if you want a private transport solution to pre book well ahead of time!
  • Travel With Us bespoke can chose which transport shuttle to use each day, as and what becomes available. We operate Both Luxury Limousine styled shuttle and larger shuttles, but each are private booked BeSpoke!
